Hints not visible with Dark Theme

The hints within text boxes etc. are not visible when using the Dark theme. For the Light them they are light grey on white, but for the Dark them they seem to be Black on Black, which does not show, see images below.

Just for the record, I don't have this same issue. For me, the text is light but readable (win 11 and 1.16b11)
