Remove references to obsolete Tokend #28
Description
The wiki has several references to Tokend. It was removed in OpenSC/OpenSC#3285 from opensc, but wiki still mentions it. It would be good to clean up the wiki too.
There is separate page OpenSC.tokend.md which might need either complete removal or overhaul, the Smart-Card-Release-Testing.md template will likely need an update, macOS-Quick-Start.md needs clearly update and it can be likely easily removed from the Home.md.
