LGTM (apart from the red CI on the last push).

One nit I noticed, is that on the page https://opensats.org/funds, the funds are named "General Fund", "Operations Budget", and "The Nostr Fund". Would suggest either dropping the article "The" from the latter, or adding "The" to the first two.

Looks good and reads well; only query is that I thought the draft referred to an HRF contribution of $50k - the preview refers to $250k?
