Picks up the Jam-docs phrasing per OpenSats/content#53, links to the Jam glossary entries for collaborative transaction and CoinJoin, and adds hashcoin's 2011 thread alongside Maxwell's 2013 post. Mentions Jam, Wasabi, and Ashigaru as active implementations and cross-links to the existing Payjoin topic.
Keep the 'collaborative transaction' phrasing but remove the Jam glossary links and the Jam-on-JoinMarket mention. References now point at primary sources (hashcoin, Maxwell, WabiSabi paper, JoinMarket repo, en.bitcoin.it).
…ercase 'hashcoin' Keeps the Bitcointalk username in its original lowercase form by rearranging the sentence and sets it in backticks. Also capitalizes Bitcointalk as the proper noun.

Adds a CoinJoin topic page to the topics section. The page describes collaborative Bitcoin transactions that combine inputs from multiple participants to break the common input ownership heuristic used by chain analysis.
