Change Resource Servers to Resource Providers #30
Description
To better align with the OAuth2 terminology we need to change the resource servers identity and endpoints to be named Resource Providers. This will also be less likely to bound the providers to actually be servers, but to be anything say a human or what imagination might come up with.
