• Install GUI
• Create desktop shortcut (option to create one for the beta)
• Install CLI (optional)

Notes:

• WiX v4's documentation is by far the worst that I've ever seen. These are the only tutorials that I could find.
• Leave automatic updates for another time. Not even sure how they work. Could look at CrewChief or SecondMonitor.
• Not sure how to install the .NET Runtime or if it's even possible
