Add proper unit tests to the client and commands.txt file that represents how to build, run and test the project

It will be useful if you can create a subdirectory that includes tests for all the code.
It will also be useful while refactoring the code.
Integration tests will be plus

About commands.txt example file, you can see it under swift client project

Can we add command.txt representing build, test and deployment stages for the library. I think earlier we were not able to add it, due to lack of deployment information. File can be little detailed, should follow stepwise sequence of operations
1.Clean
2.Build/ Rebuild
3.Test
4.Deploy
