[Bug]: Claude via ACP gets stuck

Description

Im using Claude via ACP with a replaced executable and it seems to get stuck

Also side note there is something weird about the environment it launches from. When claude runs bash it doesn't see the env vars (some secrects) that get injected in my .zprofile. I understand I can figure this out on my side somehow but i have never run into this with the CLI or any other app.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a custom ACP with clauge-agent-acp command and custom CLAUDE_CODE_EXECUTABLE env var

Expected Behavior

Should work

Actual Behavior

It stop outputting there is no thinking indicator, if I try to send follow up message it queues it and hitting "Sent text" doesnt do anyhting

Would you be able to make sure you can reproduce the issue on https://github.com/OpenSource03/harnss/releases/tag/v0.18.1 too? There were certain ACP fixes included in it. ACPs work much better now.

Can you check from Claude Code VSCode extension or Claude Code Desktop to see if you are experiencing same issue there too? If not, open a new issue. If so, it may be limitation of the SDK.
