Describe the bug.
When setting a custom splash screen via PortaRF Utilities → File Manager and selecting a .bmp file, the splash image is displayed significantly smaller than expected after applying it.
The image is also shown too small in the preview before pressing apply.
Device: PortaRF Mayhem v2.3.1 (from PortaRF GitHub)
The BMP file was downloaded from:
https://ppsplash.creativo.hu/
File specifications:
- Resolution: 240 × 300 px
- Color depth: 24-bit BMP
I also manually converted the image to 240 × 304 (24-bit), but the issue persists.
It might be related to the PortaRF having a bigger screen compared to the normal HackRFs.

Reproduction
- Open PortaRF Utilities
- Go to File Manager
- Select a 240×300, 24-bit .bmp splash file
- Apply the splash
Result:
The splash screen appears too small and does not fill the display.
Expected behavior
The splash image should:
- Be displayed at full size
- Fill the entire screen except the top bar (240 × 300)
