[FEATURE] Is it possible to support configuring the Auth Session Ticket (ISteamUserAuth/AuthenticateUserTicket)?

Problem / motivation

The format can be roughly like this setauth_ticket(1361510, "14000000...")

Proposed solution

Some games use this interface for online multiplayer. This way I can play online games on my alt account without enabling Family Sharing.

AuthTickets get created from the AppOwnershipTickets. If you have one Steam should create it. Idk if it works with OST's method of injecting them though, so feel free to try.
