Missing mouse buttons support on CTE-430 (and variants)

Description

Mouse tools are implemented for the parser used by the CTE-430 and similar tablets, but their config does not have mouse buttons exposed, leaving users using these confused.

Simply adding mouse buttons to the config of a CTE-430 seems to work, so this should work on all CTE-x30 tablets, if not all tablets using that parser. CTE-430 Discord Verification
