Fixes #5

The vendor id list (in zero padded hex): (5543|28BD|256C|0A12|172F|0458|08CA|0483|0B57|2FEB|0543|056A|0531|2D80) contains every tablet vendor id supported by OTD as of https://github.com/OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver/tree/a4ac610a2f5e98f878ae3436e3f0e7ea9e41e4a1.

Hardware ids look something like this for reference:

USB\\VID_056A&PID_0374&REV_0111
LGHUBDevice\\VID_046D&PID_C232
HID\VID_256C&PID_006F&MI_00&Col01\7&37335edd&0&0000
ROOT\VID\0000
HID\VID_1A2C&PID_9D0A&MI_01&Col07\7&20ea7ec8&0&0006

The Virtual HID Minidriver Collection or Virtual HID Minidriver likes to appear on multiple hardware ids but if it's on a tablet it should appear at least once on the tablet and match one of the VIDs.
