FileNotFoundError during generating

I'm using the SadTalker extension in my local Automatic1111 on Win11. Loading a .wav file and .png file I push generate and after a little while I get an error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '19c9c395-9ded-411d-9ee3-878c1331d1d3.mp4'

How to fix this?

Note: maybe related to #687. I have ffmpeg installed and it is in my PATH.... can use it from cmd without problems.
