FFmpeg patch error

Hi,

Applying ffmpeg-patch to latest ffmpeg-master result in an error:

Hi @FreddyX078 , I am assuming you tried to apply master-0001-lavc-svt_hevc-add-libsvt-hevc-encoder-wrapper.patch.
