Support uploading video files for transcriptions

I've been using OpenWhispr to handle both dictation and audio transcription, and so far the experience has been great. One feature I think would continue along that line is the ability to upload video, be it MP4 or what have you, for creating transcripts, some summaries, and even for things like subtitles.

I have a lot of clips that I have to run through a third-party program to get subtitles for, whether it be to upload to social media or just have. Having that feature within OpenWhispr would be great.
