Lite Version + Disable Menu Bar Icon Option

[leviFrosty]

I wish there was a more focused version of this app that leans into ONLY speech-to-text and llm cleanup. I don't care about meetings, AI chat usage, etc.

I have my own preferences for these things and I just want a lightweight and quick speech-to-text provider that is local only (for speed reasons).

Also: I wish there was a setting to disable menu bar.

Happy to make a PR for the menu bar item if it doesn't already exist.
