prune tool changes agent

Every time the prune tool is called, the agent changes to build. Mid session with a plan agent, it will call prune, change to build, and start implementing changes. Didn't notice it until I updated to 0.4.x today, will try reverting to 0.3.31 and see if it happens on that version.

After reverting to 0.3.31, DCP messages are sent as the proper agent.

Good find thanks! 0.4.0 had a big rewrite, I forgot to account for this. Let me know if you find any other problems please!
