Merge firenode and firemix-audio-processor; add GUI #106
Description
In preparation for the One True Binary, these two should be integrated and have a simple GUI to allow re-starting the connection to JACK and the connection to the output hardware. Right now having to kill/restart the daemons when something happens to the audio or output hardware is not ideal.
