Overview

Add serial number and retrieval count tracking for stackers
Added stackable PCR plates and custom lid definition to allow for protocol to run without user intervention

Test Plan and Hands on Testing

• tested with stacker run logs
• ran updated protocol on 2 ABR robots

Changelog

• Added serial number and retrieval count tracking for stackers
• Added custom stackable PCR plate and custom thermocycler disposable lid so that it can be stacked on PCR plate
• Removed steps in 4 stacker protocol that caused a collision with the waste chute
