This release includes some quality of life improvements to transducer localization, the ability to view the ROI submesh used for photoscan-to-MRI-registration, the ability to tweak the ROI selection distance, and a terminology change tracking->localization.

Additionally this release upgrades Slicer to v5.10, enabling a kwave upgrade in the openlifu library and eliminating some annoying bugs.

Usage notes

Download the package for your OS using the download links attached to this release.

Upon first launch, the app will create an empty openlifu database. In order to use it, protocols and transducers need to be introduced. The easiest way to do this right now is to pull the example database tracked alongside the openlifu python library, and then use that directly or copy transducers or protocols from it. To pull the example database, install DVC and do the following:

git clone --branch v0.14.0 --depth 1 https://github.com/OpenwaterHealth/OpenLIFU-python/
cd OpenLIFU-python/
dvc remote modify --local shared_gdrive gdrive_client_secret <client_secret_here> # Contact developers for gdrive_client_secret
dvc pull # Example database will be downloaded to db_dvc/
