Currently, all physics units are handled in [units.py](https://github.com/OpenwaterHealth/OpenLIFU-python/blob/main/src/openlifu/util/units.py) with a lot of associated function to convert from one unit to another. Instead we could have it handled by an external library like [Pint](https://pint.readthedocs.io/en/stable/), to profit for upstream work and reduce maintenance burden.
