Center text next to images on frontpage - "What We Do"

There is a large space between the header of each section, and the block of text. This space needs to be much smaller, and centered vertically next to the image.

The white parts of this card are also completely broken on Firefox.

Side note: The styling on this should definitely be fixed, but be aware that the ImageCard component has an optional button as you change the CSS.
