Sign Up page mobile styling adjustments #69

I noticed a couple of areas on the Sign Up page that could be improved on mobile.
Screenshots are from an emulated iPhone 5 (screen width 320px) on Chrome DevTools, but the same UI was also observed on an actual Android device w/ similar screen width.
