Initial release

First version of SVM training benchmark containing all working GPU open-source implementations.

Example datasets are in examples.zip and compiled binaries for 64 bit Windows are in bin_win64.zip. The archive includes 64 bit Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 installer, which is needed by the benchmark.
