functions_C_RC nowhere to be found

Hi!

We are trying to get our Zf data in the correct format for the PWMpredictor. 
We believe we can use the create_c_rc_input_and_label.py script for this? 
But we didn't find some of the required modules in the repository (functions_C_RC)
