install.packages("devtools")
library(devtools)
devtools::install_github("OrlandoLam/SAMT")
Taxa.list: A dataframe with the list of taxa provided in SAMT.
Traits.list: A dataframe with the list of traits provided in SAMT.

TVT: Traits Values by Taxa function.
TVSR: Traits Values per Site/Replicate function.
The SAMT package and associated data are presented in the following article: 'Establishing the South Australian Macrobenthic Traits (SAMT) database: A trait classification for functional assessments' https://doi.org/10.1002/ece3.7040
SAMT package is an ongoing project hosted by the Coastal Ecosystem Ecology Lab from Flinders University.
