Antibiotic resistance evolution with Jan Engelstaedter and Andrew Letten The main code is in stochastic.R and defines the functions necessary to simulate bacterial growth and antibiotic resistance evolution. app.R codes for a Shiny App which has also been deployed at https://oscar-delaney.shinyapps.io/honours/ make_data.R is code to run stochastic.R many times and save and analyse the data.
