Tutorial?

Hello. I am new to AI workflow and currently trying Osmantic ODS.

I am currently using ods on M1 MBA without voice since full deployment requires 10 cores or more (whisper and kokoro).

Two questions:

1. Is there a tutorial / example / rule of thumb for using ods?
   I can find focused tutorial on n8n or hermes agent, but not on ods itself.

2. Is there a way to start/stop services as required, preferably from dashboard?
   For example summarizing document does not require n8n and (probably) opencode.
   So both services should not be loaded at first to save resources.
