LightClaw development updates and release evidence

This is the recurring, evidence-first update thread for LightClaw.

Current repository snapshot (2026-08-24): the deterministic demo, fail-closed Telegram authorization, private Run Receipts, approvals, durable jobs, reviewable Git artifacts, namespaced lexical memory, permissioned skills, six provider contracts, architecture/runtime budgets, contribution forms, and three privacy-checked showcase recipes are implemented on main.

Local canonical quality currently reports 113 passing tests. A Python 3.10 CI incompatibility in the new architecture tooling was identified and corrected on main; the fresh GitHub Actions run is still the source of truth for cross-platform status.

Not claimed yet: a stable release, 10–20 external alpha reports, a consented community showcase entry, a real flagship Telegram recording, or a public launch. The machine-readable launch status intentionally keeps those stages incomplete.

Private-alpha evidence intake is open — 2026-08-24

The repository now has a privacy-bounded alpha report form and an aggregate that derives the release gates from real counts and timings. Current evidence remains 0 external reports, so v0.1.0 is intentionally not released.

External macOS or Linux self-hosters can run the token-free five-minute quickstart, then submit only the bounded fields here:

Do not include prompts, receipts, repository names/content, local paths, Telegram identities, tokens, screenshots, or request IDs.

The stable tag stays blocked until 10–20 external reports include at least 10 install attempts, 9 successful deterministic demos, a measured deterministic median below 3 minutes, and a measured real Telegram median below 10 minutes.
