superplot sometimes generates segfault on exit

It has strictly no impact on the fonctionnality, since this happens when the process is finished, but is not good for the look of final application.

Logging might help understand what goes on

Maybe related to update method being called after the pyqt application has finished. It then tries to set data on a non existing plot
