Lesson 7 landed in #29; replace the placeholder MGCP slides with real content drawn from the merged prose. The 4 skeleton sub-slides become 8 substantive ones: demo data, methodology, results arc, cardinality reporting, two-rate diagnostic, GERS adoption matrix, key finding, lesson/notebook callout.
