Lost packets in LAN

Hi, I can't figure it out, but how normal it is to have a lot of lost packets between UCG and switches.

Is that measurement reliable? I can't believe 10-20% would be normal, also it should trigger something on the unifi side I believe?

These are my switches, third switch got 10% of lost packets. Network etc works like a charm hence not sure how to treat it?

Which switch models are they? By default the Flex 2.5 are excluded now because their management plane isn't a reliable metric. I'll look at excluding more depending on which you're running.

Switch 2.5g POE and Ultra, 2.5G shows 30-50% sometimes and Ultra around 10%, I have verified it and this is not true.

@Joloxx9 can you give me the Ubiquiti SKUs for the switches you're running, just the ones reported in Device Status under Model in Network Optimizer is fine. I will exclude these by default the way we did for the Flex 2.5G switches.

@Joloxx9 I tried looking up the two switches you mentioned, do you mean the USW-Flex-2.5G-8-PoE and USW-Ultra-60W? Where I was confused was the USW-Flex-2.5G-8-PoE is already excluded by default, one would have had to turn it on as a Latency Target. The latter I probably need to exclude by default, just confirm for me the exact switch models you're experiencing the false packet loss on and I can do that.

The Flex 2.5G series switches are now excluded for LAN measurements durably since they aren't reliable targets at all for ICMP probes.
