chore: sync release changes from main to develop
- Remove automatic post publishing from generation page, add manual publish button to posts page - Add auto-publish checkbox to schedule page to control publishing behavior - Update scheduler to respect auto_publish setting and log when publishing is disabled - Move publish button from edit tab to preview tab in posts page for better UX - Skip markdown files in posts page file browser to avoid duplication - Fix prompt reset to update session state immediately without requiring rerun - Escape quotes in post titles to prevent YAML front matter parsing issues - Remove unused publish_latest_post import from generation page
