flaky tests when running in random order

pbjam/tests/test_asy_peakbag.py::test_get_modeIDs and pbjam/tests/test_asy_peakbag.py::test_get_summary_stats can run into failure when executing the following commands:
pip install pytest-randomly
pytest --randomly-seed=1234

Thanks for the heads up! I didn't know pytest can randomize the tests. That said, the tests do need to be reworked at some point, they don't cover everything particularly well.
