Stopping service for self-hosted weblate

For the reason of personal time and ability, I can not provide self-hosted weblate for project now.

All your data (including your email address and your account activity, which are collected by default on weblate) will be safely offline stored, and I will delete them in the near future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

PCL-Language project has been received so many supports from begin. And I really appreciate all contributers. Thank you for your support.
