Added

• Provider configuration templates — added kenari, unorouter, runinfra, nvidia, and opencode provider configuration templates in examples/home/user/.config/mcptap/*.env.
• Pareto model filter — added n-select model filter with bag-style selection for canonical model slugs (provider/model) in mcptap/static/pareto.html.
• Pareto scatter overlay — replaced the native ECharts tooltip with a custom overlay that groups overlapping points and provides a carousel with dot pagination and enterable hover behavior.
• OpenCode upstream compatibility — added x-opencode-session / User-Agent mapping for the opencode provider in mcptap/upstream.py, including a prompt_cache_key fallback when the client does not send session-id, and updated passthrough/forwarded requests. Covered by tests/test_opencode_headers.py (4 tests).

Changed

• Pareto ordering and rendering — ordered Pareto series by model coverage, pinned chart rendering to echarts@6.1.0, preserved provider legend state, formatted cost axis and quality axis formatting, tightened axis ranges, and kept zero-price points visible while zooming.
• Pareto layout and structure — removed the Pareto title marker and save-image control, added a responsive layout with a persistent quality-control side panel, configured area zoom by default, clamped Y zoom behavior, and updated quality-weight defaults and viewport behaviour on weight changes.
• Pareto quality weighting and debug output — changed quality scoring to a group-averaged formulation across accuracy/uptime/throughput/latency, adjusted the accuracy slider range, and expanded debug output in ?debug=1 popups to show weighted/unweighted contributions and per-family formulas. Empty model stats now fall back to global medians for maxima and scoring.
• Pareto popup behaviour and styling — boldened provider/alias and metric values, renamed cost fields to In: / Out:, improved hide/enter timing, disabled the popup during zoom dragging, fixed positioning near chart edges using measured popup size and container-based anchor logic, rendered popup content and quality formulas synchronously, and improved accessibility and panel polish.

Fixed

• Pareto filter refresh — fixed bag-filter removal not refreshing the chart by applying provider/model filter updates after the next tick (Vue.nextTick(() => renderChart())).
• Pareto zoom and tooltip positioning — fixed mouse-centered wheel zoom anchoring and tooltip placement near viewport edges.
• Pareto chart zoom interaction — corrected wheel zoom around the pointer, prevented viewport clamping from shifting the anchor, kept chart pointer coordinates aligned with native chart coordinates, preserved the X zoom ratio around the mouse anchor, kept the viewport stable across weight changes, and made all zoom behaviour correct and stable.
• OpenCode header forwarding — fixed missing upstream session header on non-model-passthrough requests; upstream headers are now correctly rewritten instead of being dropped/logged only.
