- Bump version to 0.0.3 in Cargo.toml + Cargo.lock
- Update CHANGELOG: date as [0.0.3] 2026-03-01, add consistency pass
  fixes, add from_pretrained integration test entry
- Update ROADMAP: check all Phase 2 items, update status header and
  MI capabilities table to reflect completed work
- Add rwkv7_from_pretrained test validating MIModel::from_pretrained
  end-to-end for RWKV-7
