Print all

Allow to print all the opened files of VSCode, in the order that it is displayed, into a single PDF file.

Add the bookmark of the file names (relative path to project root, if print files of folders).

1. Create a directory.
2. Copy the files you want into it.
3. Prefix the names with numbers to put them in the order you want. You may need leading zeroes.
4. Use the existing ability to print the contents of a directory as a single document.
