What are best defaults for different columsn in the model?

1. Every Optional column with its default, e.g. Distribution with normal

observable table

• observable name = observable id
• observable formula: if it starts with "observable_" try with prefix and without whether id is in sbml model, use that as default

condition

• name == id
• Any other value by majority vote as usual one or two things are changed across multiple conditions?

parameter

• estimate = 1
• nominal = Taken from SBML
• lower/upper bound -> min max of current columns

measurement

• noise based on previous experience of same observable?
• simulationCondition = "last added"?
