- Just move core.py from barfiletools to gridtools2d

- Now, if outpath not given as argument to bar2vtk_function, then the resulting file will be written to the current working directory. - Previously would be written to the same place as blankvtmfile
- Allow args to be passed into bar2vtk_parse and bar2vtk_main.
