Project Name Spelling

The project is spelled “PHPantom”, and given the logo of an elephant dressed as a ghost, I’m assuming the pun is “PHP” + “phantom”.

Is the spelling intentional, or is “phantom” being misspelled? “PHPhantom” would let the final P of PHP double as the P in “phantom”, keeping both words intact. “PHPantom” instead reuses the PH of PHP as the “ph” in “phantom”, which leaves an extra P wedged in the middle.

I’d lean toward the former, but curious whether this was a deliberate choice.

It's an intentional portmanteau combining PHP + phantom. It's pronounced just like "phantom", the second P is silent... it's a ghost P 👻
