Adds basic Drupal project indexing — detects Drupal via
composer.json, resolves the web root (with.gitignorebypass soweb/coreandweb/modules/contribare always indexed), and scans Drupal-specific directories and PHP extensions (.module,.install,.theme, etc.).Related to #48
