This pull request removes the GitHub Actions workflow that triggered an Azure Pipeline when changes were made to specific source and test directories. The deleted workflow previously automated the process of running an Azure Pipeline for PRs and pushes to the
masterbranch, but was restricted to a specific user.Removed CI/CD workflow integration:
.github/workflows/trigger-azure-pipeline.yml, which automated Azure Pipeline runs on PR commits and pushes for key project directories, including logic for branch extraction, pipeline ID retrieval, triggering, waiting, and result checking.
