Dockerize Project

Dockerfiles already exist, but they're non functional. Might also want a docker-compose.yml file. The SQLite3 DB wil probably be mounted as a volume instead of being locked into a container. Would be too easy to loose data otherwise.

Either way, main reason for this feature would be the simply how easy it is to reverse proxy a frontend to a subdomain using NGINX.

Largely solved with #41. Still needs a docker-compose.yml.

Update: Decided to also add a simple docker-compose.yml file. Spun up Tarchive using it, seems to work fine 👍
