Auto convert objects to iterator

It would be convenient to be able to directly create an iterator from an object without having to pass it thought Object.entries(), Object.values() or Object.keys() first.

I'm currently rooting for a new .fromObject() method, which will apply Object.entries() to an object before creating an iterator for it.
