The PDL entities section lists all actors with vulnerability scores and metadata. Currently entity counts (number of farmer agents, port agents, etc.) and parameters (fixed costs, margins, capacities) are hardcoded in the scenario CSV.
The goal of this issue is to read entity vulnerability scores from PDL and map them to agent parameters — making agent behavior responsive to PDL entity definitions without CSV editing.
