improve: select and multiselect

This makes small improvements to the PSelect and PMultiSelect input elements.

1. PSelect now closes if the dropdown icon is clicked. Once the dropdown is closed, the display will change to show the current value.
2. PMultiSelect had a small region of the input not clickable to display the dropdown.
3. PSelect was not filterable for grouped-list items, such as the Supply Cart Storage dropdown. It now only displays matching children elements.
