Make portal and release links configurable via config.js and helm-server flags so exports are not tied to Stanford URLs. Improve release dropdown fallbacks, document the export workflow, and ignore generated frontend and static build artifacts. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
