CLI: lint command is not working on Windows

Description

Running the lint command on Windows does not raise any violations.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Installer the CLI (npm or binary) on Windows 11
2. Run the lint command
3. Observe the No violations message

Expected Behavior

We'd expect to see violations

Actual Behavior

No violations is retruend

Environment

Windows

• Packmind version: any
• packmind-cli version: 0.12.0
• Environment: enterprise

• I have created a GH action on the branch cli-lint-windows that builds the CLI and runs it on a Windows runner.
• The result does not show any violations, so we reproduce the issue:
