系统环境/System Environment：ubuntu 20.04, docker
版本号/Version：Paddle：2.5.1 gpu PaddleOCR：dygraph-2023.08.15
问题相关组件/Related components：simple_datasets.py, ppocr INFO: Initialize indexs of datasets
运行指令/Command Code：python tools/train.py
完整报错/Complete Error Message：list index out of range，但训练没有中断，不知道这里是否会有什么影响
